Mr. Google

I came across this witty, eloquent, somewhat depressing yet insightful post about Google and what it has become. It might sound like a boring technology piece but I assure you it isn’t. Tom Slee crafts a wonderful story about his travel agent slash butler Mr. Google. As the story unfolds he uncannily relates truths about Internet traffic and search engines highlighting the practices and procedures of the worlds largest search engine. The story is entertaining in it’s own right and downright spooky with regards to Internet trends. Check it out!

Ok… now I want to read the book about the “Book of Sand” and the essay about the toilets.
